100g Organic Cacao Powder
50g Organic Coconut Oil
150g Cacao Butter
50g Raw Honey, Brown Rice Syrup or similar
Peppermint 4 drops
Wild Orange 12 Drops
Ginger 4 Drops
Nuts of your choice
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Grate Cacao Butter into a large mixing bowl, add Coconut Oil and place over a pan half filled with warm water to melt till smooth and clear.
Once melted remove from pan, sieve Cacao Powder into the mixture, add salt and Honey, Syrup and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 2-3 and add nuts, dried fruit and essential oils of your choice. Mix well and spoon into chocolate moulds or lined tray and leave to set in the fridge.
